A/C condenser mounting bolts keep the condenser secure. Since the condenser sits at the very front of the car, these bolts are exposed to rain, road salt, and dirt. They often rust, making them difficult to remove without snapping the heads. Using anti-seize when reinstalling them is highly recommended.
